Here are some of the smoothie recipes we've enjoyed during our classes:
Applie Pie Smoothie
Base of Smart Meal Chai
walnuts
avacado
and apple with extra cinnamon
Chocolate Mint
Base is Chocolate Smart Meal
1/2 cup water and a few ice cubes
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of brewed peppermint tea or a couple of drops of
Peppermint essential oil
a heaping scoop of non-flavored Greek yogurt
Lemon Chiffon Pie
I love using herbs from my garden and here is another herb:
Lemon Balm (6 fresh leaves)
juice and zest of a lemon (1/4 teasp zest)
1/4 cup of cashews
1/2 cup water and a couple of ice cubes
Love and Peas
1/2 small avocado
Blend!
Blueberry Buckle
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup yogurt (Greek plain)
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup water and a few ice cubes
1 scoop of Chai Smart Meal and 1 scoop of Vanilla Nutri Burn
Blend--if too thick add some water and stir in.
