Healthy Drinks:

Iced Mocha

Two cups organic coffee or Herbal Beverage

2-4 tablespoons organic heavy cream

2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder

2 heaping tablespoons xylitol (or sugar in the raw)

Blend with ice to cool and add 1 scoop Vanilla Smartmeal

Add water or ice to make one quart

 

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    dash salt

    1/2 quart  (2 cups) milk or milk substitute

    1 cup half-and-half (or ½ cup cream and ½ cup milk substitute)

    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

               1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Preparation

               In a small bowl, combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Heat 1 cup of half and half in a saucepan until bubbling. Stir in cocoa mixture and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining milk and return to boiling. Before stirring, whisk until frothy; stir in cream and vanilla then heat through.

Serves 2 to 4

 Thai Go Lemonade

Equal parts:

Fresh lemon juice

Maple syrup

Thai-Go

The above is your base--now Dilute with water or sparkling water to taste

(4 or 5 parts water to one part base)

Helpful for reducing fever, cooling the body in hot summer weather and cleansing the system

Quick Energy Pick Me Up

 

Add to a 16oz. glass of water:

2-4 Tbls. Thai-Go or Herbal Punch

2 Tbls. Liquid Chlorophyll (try starting with a teaspoon of this and then increasing to taste)

1 tea. Vitamin C Abscorbates (opt)

1 packet Solstic Revive (opt.) (helps to balance electrolytes)

 Helps get more oxygen in the blood and doesn’t spike blood sugar levels

Also helpful when fighting colds and flu

 Steven’s Morning Shake

½ cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit --

Bananas, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, pineapple, papaya, etc.

½ cup Organic whole milk yogurt (opt.)

12-16 oz. Water

Protein Powder--Love and Peas, Nutri Burn, Or Nature’s Harvest (one serving)

(one) Solstic Pack: Solstic 24, Solstic Immune and/or Solstic Revive

Also can add a Tablespoon of Ionic Minerals

(if not using fruit you can shake up in a shaker bottle but use cold water for best taste)
