Primary Herbal first aid kit:
Silver—antimicrobial; take one teaspoon daily for immune defense. Can be used in a spray (1/3 Silver to 2/3 water to wash wounds or sanitized hands
Silver gel—wound gel; can be used on cuts or sprains; mix a teaspoon of it with a capsule of capsicum to stop bleeding use compression technique and then bandage.
Elderberry D3fense—daily defense for the immune system to fight viruses and bacteria
Olive Leaf---antiviral protection; helps fight infection from mold, fungus, viruses and bacteria; may also support healthy blood pressure
Mullein—great for dry respiratory conditions; mix with honey and make a tea for scratchy throat—can also be used in Silver gel as a burn cream to prevent blistering
Hawthorn—heart tonic; sprinkle some between bottom teeth and lip to help increase circulation for heart; can be used to stop angina pain
Capsicum—increase circulation and used as a catalyst when mixed with other herbs. Mix with Hawthorn and put between teeth and gum to stop a heart attack and it’s damaging effects.
Yarrow—stops bleeding; can be poured right into the wound by opening capsule and sprinkle; compress and bandage. Stops internal bleeding as well.
Charcoal—toxicant adsorbent; take when suspect poison—works like a magnet to pull toxins out of tissue. Can be used topically for bites. Mix with Bentonite Clay and apply to bite or rash. Good remedy for diarrhea and/or vomiting (take two capsules every half hour until condition normalizes) Use probiotics to replace friendly flora.
Cascara Sagrada—laxative; helps body move toxins out of the liver by stimulating bile.
Slippery Elm—anti-diarrheic; mix with silver for topical use as a burn cream (50% mucilage) anti-inflammatory and tissue repairing. Highly nutritive; can be used as a food for weak individuals. Make a tea out of 3 capsules and mix with a bit of honey. Can also add Nature’s Harvest.
Distress Remedy—use for shock, stress and keeping centered when in a disrupted situation. It can help keep you focused and centered.
